Susannah McCrea

Susannah McCrea is a Director of Business Development for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Susannah joined the London office of Cambridge Associates in 2018 and draws on over ten years of experience in marketing and business development within professional services. As a Business Development Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice, she is responsible for managing prospects from initial outreach to client onboarding and has successfully led and negotiated contracts with some of Europe’s largest foundations in her time at the firm.

Susannah works with the Net Zero Investment Consultants Initiative (‘NZICI’) as part of its Communications Working Group and for the Investment Consultations Sustainability Working Group (‘ICSWG UK’) on its digital growth and communications strategy. Both groups sit under the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investing (‘UNPRI’).

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Susannah worked for Boodle Hatfield LLP, a law firm, where she was responsible for client relationship management, outreach and strategy within private wealth, philanthropy, family businesses and art law.

Susannah holds a BA in English Literature and has achieved the CIM Level 6 Diploma Professional Marketing.
