Dmitri Shadrin

Dmitri Shadrin is the Chief Operating Officer at Cambridge Associates.

Dmitri has more than 20 years of experience in the asset and wealth management industry. As COO, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s global business operations, data, and administrative functions.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Dmitri was the Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management USA. In this role, Dmitri was responsible for overseeing business and investment operations, fund administration, investor services, client reporting, investment compliance, third party oversight, and risk management functions. Prior to his work at Credit Suisse, Dmitri spent time at AllianceBernstein where he served as Director of Operations for the alternatives business. Prior to that, he worked at JPMorgan Chase as Global PMO Head and later, Chief of Staff in wealth and asset management technology.

Dmitri received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and his BS from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
